Questions, Answered by Surveyors

Accuracy, timelines, weather, pricing and files — the things every client asks before the first peg goes in.

Our GNSS RTK receivers, robotic total stations and drone sensors hold control and detail points to about ±2 cm. That gives your layouts, boundaries and designs a measurement base you can trust.

Residential surveys: 3–5 business days. Topographic sites up to a few hectares: about a week. Large drone LiDAR programs: 1–3 weeks from first flight to certified delivery. We confirm your date in the written quote — and we hit it.

We only fly inside strict limits for wind, rain and cloud base — data captured in bad weather isn't data we'd sell you. When weather grounds the drone, ground crews continue with GNSS and total-station control, and flights resume at the first safe window at no extra cost.

Yes. After scoping your site we issue one fixed number covering fieldwork, travel, processing, sealing and files. The price only changes if the scope changes — and then only with your written approval first.

DWG and DXF for CAD, SHP/GeoTIFF/LAS for GIS, RCP/E57 for point clouds, IFC or RVT for BIM work, plus sealed PDFs. Tell us what your engineer uses and we'll match it — conversions are always free.

Yes. Cadastral and boundary work is performed or supervised by licensed surveyors and delivered as sealed, lodgement-ready documentation accepted by registries, courts and lenders.

Standard pricing covers sites within 50km. Beyond that we add transparent travel costs — and for corridors, estates and multi-site programs our crews mobilize anywhere in the country.
